February 10, 2026: PURPLE and RED interfacility transfers will be classified as Life, Limb, or Organ Threatened (LLTO) events, while the ORANGE interfacility transfers will be classified non-LLTO events and represent stable patients who have a moderate likelihood of deterioration or require an urgent diagnostic or therapeutic intervention.
